Nuwara Eliya is the higher elevation for Sri Lanken grown teas. The high elevation has a slower growing season producing a more delicate but refined taste. This FBOP (Flowery, Broken, Orange, Pekoe) comes from the Loinorn Estate. We recommend drinking this black tea straight without adding sugar or cream.  The delicate back throat taste has a sweet linger. Pairs well with light meat sandwiches, lighter cheeses, puff pastry breads or berry scones with clotted cream and lemon curd.
